The people here are incredibly friendly, making my first experience at Cafe Rio memorable. The vibrant decor stands out, and their tortillas are surprisingly delicious-so much so that I didn't mind when they got a bit soggy on my salad. We enjoyed the salad, quesadilla, and enchiladas, and I appreciate having a fresh, tasty alternative to the usual fast-casual options like Chipotle.
