I'm usually all about gluten-filled brews, but this new brewery has really impressed me with their tasty offerings, especially the IPA and raspberry ale that even my beer-averse wife enjoyed. The vanilla salt stout is a must-try, and while I wish they had more than just popcorn for snacks, the laid-back vibe makes it a great hangout for a couple of hours while sampling their delicious gluten-free options.
