Every time I find myself in Boulder, I make sure to swing by Cafe Mexicali because it brings back great memories from my college days. The sweet pork burrito smothered in habanero sauce is my absolute favorite, and the fact that they make their tortillas fresh to order just takes it to another level. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is always fun, especially when they break into song in the kitchen-it definitely puts a smile on my face!
