We worked with Joe in his kitchen and after seeing the blatant health code violations it really changed my viewpoint for eating take-out food. We witnessed him leave a fridge unplugged for over 24 hours and the temp rose to well above 65F for that time. I assume he'd discard the food, but he just came in and plugged the fridge back in and said it was good! WTF! That is so nasty. Also he used frozen dough chunks that had been thawed and frozen several times over a period of months. Also some of the base ingredients he uses look many years old. The kitchen is disgusting and not clean. He himself is a slob and I would never touch any food he makes. There are so many health violations in this kitchen and many occupational safety violations. In short, his operation is a slum, everything about Racheli's is slummy. STAY AWAY.
