During my stay at the hotel around Thanksgiving, I dined at the buffet for the holiday and found the food to be a mix of good and subpar dishes. Our lunch experience at the hotel restaurant was pleasant, especially with the use of a restaurant coupon which the staff graciously honored. Despite the limited menu, my husband enjoyed a delicious burger and I savored a tasty wrap while admiring the view of the patio fountain and gazebo. The prices were reasonable, and the highlight of our meal was the Boulder Fried Ice Cream, a decadent dessert recommended by our attentive waiter that we would definitely return for. Service was exceptional, and contrary to a previous review, there was no lingering scent of cigarette smoke in the air.
