I came across Sachi Sushi while grocery shopping and was blown away by how delicious everything was, especially the Sushi Miri Combo. On Sundays, Chef Tsukasa, an Osaka native, serves incredible ramen that rivals some of the best I've had in Japan. The cozy setup inside Niwot Market, with its authentic Japanese decor and friendly vibe, makes it a great casual spot for either dine-in or takeout.

Sachi Sushi, located within The Niwot Market, offers an impressive selection of sushi and ramen that rivals some of the best places I've encountered. The Sunday ramen, especially the spicy miso, is exceptional, and the overall quality of the food, combined with the friendly atmosphere and efficient service, makes it a must-visit for anyone in the area.
