Black Cat Farm Table Bistro serves inspired, organic cuisine based on the just-picked produce from its own seventy acre farm. By day, Chef-Farmer Eric Skokan cares for the vegetables out in his fields. Each evening finds him in the kitchen crafting dishes on his daily changing menu. The same care goes into the restaurant’s award winning wine list boasting over 300 selections. Chef Skokan and Sommelier Jeremiah Allen select wines that respect the cuisine and have a sense of place. Hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails featuring artisanal spirits show the talent of our professional mixologists who make our bar spring to life. The Black Cat has a lively, warm atmosphere in its intimate dining room.

The dinner unfolded like a beautifully crafted story, with each course presenting fresh, local ingredients in inventive and vegetable-forward ways that left me inspired to recreate their flavors at home. The wine pairings were expertly chosen, with the sommelier's knowledge enhancing every bite, while the chef's personal visits to the table added a warm, intimate touch to the entire experience. Although the evening is a luxurious indulgence, the combination of impeccable service, rustic charm, and the unique farm-to-table setting made it a memorable celebration of food and hospitality.

One of the most unforgettable dining experiences I've had. The wine director did an amazing job pairing wines with each course. The owner and staff were fantastic, providing detailed explanations for every dish. The farm-to-table concept was evident in the fresh and delicious dishes.
