My family and I live in Longmont for over 30 years and have frequently visited the South and North locations. We have seen first hand the lack of customer service; yet, decent food. This was all good until Santiago's and Efrains came to town. Both Santiago's and Efrains customer service, as well as, their food tower over Deli Cioso's. I have a peer group at my work (in Longmont) who refuse to go to Deli Cioso due to the fact that the people who own these restaurants, as well as, the people they hire could care less about the customer. For years, I have experienced this lack of customer appreciation. Tonight, my wife and daughter went to the North location and ordered three take out orders for dinner. When she returned home, only two of the dinners were there. She called and guess what! They could care less. The North employee never even asked her what he could do to make it right. By the way, this exact same happened the last three times with the North store. The net of it is this. there are plenty of good Mexican, quality food, fantastic service restaurants such as Santiago's and Efrain's in Longmont. We will no longer be going to any Deli Cioso for anything. I wish I could have rated this a zero star.
