I came here with my family the other day. LOVED IT! Lunch was delicious, great flavors and decent portions without overkill. Really reasonably priced and the owners are great-very friendly. I cannot wait to come back and have some PIE! Unbelievable. It reminded me of my 102 year old great grandma's baking. Did someone say milkshake? They know how to do it!
Left feeling content and happy. Cannot say enough for this place. One of those down home comfortable establishments I am more than happy to spend my money and time at. They need to move south-where I am. Oh. And I cannot wait to try their Cajun food on Mardi Gras.

Seriously one of the most comfortable places to sit down and eat in Longmont! The food is incredibly delicious, the pies are amazing, the service is great and the environment is extremely welcoming. I would recommend Loaf N Ladle to anyone!!

Great customer service - Always friendly! Whether it's to order lunch for a business meeting or take the kids to an old-timey soda fountain, this is the place!

Good soups and sandwiches and pies. Very satisfying and reliable place for a homey lunch. Great salads, too and super nice people

The soup is the best that I have ever had. Pies are super. You can order whole pies in advance for holidays or just if you want to indulge yourself. Try the egg custard and the lemon murangue... just like my Mom used to make. The atmosphere is small town friendly and the family of owners do the cooking and baking and treat everyone great. The best place that I know of for soup, salad, a sandwich and pie.

The service is excellent and has a down-home feel. The soup is incredible, the sandwiches are meaty, and the fresh pies are to die for!

This is a nice comfortable place to have a soup & sandwich kind of lunch.
