The Grilled Steak Fajitas at Rio Grande deliver perfectly cooked, marinated skirt steak with a beautiful char and juicy interior, accompanied by a vibrant mix of grilled onions, peppers, rice, black beans, and house-made flour tortillas and guacamole. Alongside refreshing margaritas and attentive service, the rooftop ambiance with mountain views makes for an unforgettable dining experience that keeps me coming back.
