Buyer beware. Sadly we were really looking forward to a bison burger. They are passing hamburgers off as bison burgers and charging more. We asked immediately after we received our "bison burgers" and were told we were wrong. After leaving we went to Madison Crossing Lounge and got a true bison burger which was amazing. We went back to Timberline to ask for a refund of the difference in price and were told their bison is "farm raised" so it tastes like beef. Run from here if you can. There is a reason you can get in immediately when the other restaurants are overflowing.
