Worst customer service! The owner is horrible!

Horrible! My friends plate smelled so bad! We lost both our appetites. She was brave and tried a bite. When we complained to our waitress she took the plate away and brought us our check and a to go box for my plate. We were charged full price for her plate. After talking with them we agreed on half off. Any restaurant would have taken the entire meal off. Poor service didnt even have margaritas. I have always liked Fiesta Mexicana but will never return to the Belgrade one.
