Scissorbills offers a fun, local atmosphere with delicious, generously portioned food like their perfectly layered nachos and flavorful black bean burger. The drinks are affordable and well-crafted, featuring unique options like the huckleberry-infused White Russian and large margaritas. Despite being a bit divey and sometimes busy, the attentive service and authentic vibe make it a great casual dining choice after a day on the mountain.

Scissorbills is the spot to be - a favorite among locals for good reason. The nachos are a must-try, perfectly layered and never soggy, paired perfectly with a cold beer. A true local gem with a dive bar vibe, offering reasonably priced food and drinks that won't disappoint.
