The moment I stepped inside, the laid-back, Texas-inspired atmosphere wrapped around me like a warm embrace, promising a feast centered on smoky, flavorful BBQ. Plates arrived swiftly, overflowing with juicy brisket, crispy fried chicken, and house-made sausage that danced on the palate, accompanied by perfectly seasoned sides like jalapeño mac & cheese and moist cornbread. Amid lively chatter and friendly service, the rustic charm and generous portions made it clear this was a rare and memorable dining experience in Big Sky's rugged landscape.
