Ordering at the front with food brought to the table, I enjoyed oversized, perfectly cooked pancakes, thick-cut bacon that melts in your mouth, and a variety of breakfast plates that pleased our party of six, though we all agreed the breakfast potatoes could use more flavor, while the friendly staff, relaxed modern-country vibe, and attached gift shop made the long wait worthwhile.
