Finding gluten-friendly options with a separate menu made my road trip meal both safe and delicious-my Chicken Guacamole burger on a toasted gluten-wise bun paired perfectly with a fresh side salad featuring a unique haskap berry vinaigrette. The lively atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent selection of in-house brewed beers, including a standout pale ale, created an enjoyable dining experience that truly enhanced the journey.

Finding a gluten-friendly eatery while on a road trip is such a win, especially when the food is fantastic. I had the Chicken Guacamole burger on a toasted GF bun, and it was seriously delicious. The lively atmosphere and great service made our stop in Salmon Arm even better, and I really enjoyed sampling their craft beers, too!

I had a great experience at the Barley Station. When I first went there, I had the Bavarian Schnitzel with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy. Everything was delicious, even the vegetables. I also had their South African-Spiced Sausage that I also found piquant. The cocktails are fantastic. I have had their Paloma and Messie Nessie. They even have beer cocktails like the Peachy Keen, which I recommend. They also sell craft beer that you cannot get from any Liquor Store. I was even obliged to buy a 6-pack of their Bushwacker Brown Ale. Judging from the menu, they change up their lunch and dinner choices every once in a while, which I like from a restaurant. The interior looks like any other sports bar. However, the establishment is always accommodating to my needs like available seating and frequent catering. I definitely recommend the Barley Station to eat at for adults.

We love the Barley Station Pub and have frequented it often for the last 5 years as we have business through Salmon Arm weekly. The last 4 months we have only stopped in twice as we have noticed a change. The food and drinks are still pretty good but we miss Jacob and Matt. They were the real reason we love it there. Its still good but it is now missing something and its them.

We have loved this restaurant since moving to BC 8 years ago, however there prices have gone up substantially and the quality has decreased! My husband ordered fish and chips and they came overcooked and dried out! Upon sending them back they stated the oil was just changed and had to be done that way which was dark brown, really not acceptable! I I ordered salt and pepper wings which were overcooked and dry! My husband the decided on soup of the day which was very good but cost $14 for a bowl! We don't mind paying however they will eventually price themselves out! Very disappointing!
