I've been there to eat Vietnamese food. I was shocked because I hate at Pho 54, it was delicious. But I hate the Vietnamese food at Pho maple noodle and it was garbage. I haven't tried the Chinese food at the maple noodle, but I will never spend another penny at that restaurant. They don't don't know how to cook Vietnamese cuisine. Just cook Chinese food.

We have been for lunch a number of times and always been satisfied. Today, while battling a cold, I went for some soup. I was about a quarter done when I noticed something in my soup. The waitress took my bowl to the kitchen and returned with what appeared to be a napkin. I was told they don't put napkins in their soup. I was ignored while my husband finished his lunch. No offer for something else or even my original bowl back! The waitress just ignored the situation and ignored me! Very rude!
We went to pay, and were charged 30 plus bucks for basically one medium won ton soup!
When I questioned the bill I had the owners again tell me they don't put napkins in their soup to which I replied "I was enjoying my soup and I certainly didn't put a napkin in it."
My husband paid the bill (I would not have) and we left.....NEVER TO RETURN
AND ONE MORE THING.....WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY!!
