while ordering frosty's the employee didn't say "do you want chocolate, vanilla, or swirl." which isn't that big of a deal. but then i say ''thank you.'' then he doesn't say ''your welcome have a nice day.'' or something like that. he left the window so quickly I couldn't even say it to him first and he didn't offer me a receipt or anything. i understand how hard it must be to work during the pandemic, but basic customer service would be nice. This happened on August 4th 428pm

Worst meal ever, ordered in drive thru - burgers came in 3 minutes (how long were they sitting) - talk about old meat - cold and awful tasting. Should have known better when they provided our meal in 3 minutes, should have sent it back and asked for fresh cooked.
