Traveling from Calgary to Vancouver, we made a special stop in Kamloops on a quiet Christmas night, seeking out a taste of home in a Chinese restaurant. The Chef, hailing from Guangzhou, impressed us with his authentic and flavorful dishes, particularly the spicy beef and green beans. Despite the lackluster atmosphere, the friendly service and delicious food left us eager to return for another satisfying meal.
