The restaurant on the water is charming and offers a pleasant atmosphere, tasty food, and welcoming service. Although the service was a bit slow during our visit with a large group, the overall experience was enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Penny's for another delightful meal by the water.

Went there Friday afternoon. Good service very friendly staff. GREAT margaritas!! Had a delicious green salad. Prices reasonable as well. Will definately go back, beautiful spot on the water.
