Called to ask if the coupon we downloaded was accepted there and was told it was, asked if they had the item, and was told I think so. Asked if the price was as it was online, was told You'll have to ask when you get here,
So we went there and was told we had to go online to order the dinner in order to get the price that was online. We asked if we were going to get the item there? Were told yes but we had to order it online. We could not order it from the counter. Manager said he couldn't ring it in there.????
We went to A&W .
We won't be back, and from the reviews I have read about the quality and cleanliness I suggest you consider something else as well.

I have tried to contact this incompetent nest fulll of dumies several times over the phone ,, they don't realize that the phone = $$ .even now and for some reason they don't answer the phone in terrace BC @2506353663 I wonder , are they deaf ? : I know they're dumb. I was a first time user so where's your customer support ??
