Good food. Healthy choices. Love the option of a side salad. Wonderful, sit down lunch or snack for everyone. Took co-workers there & they enjoyed it thoroughly.

Great service. No matter HOW long the lineup, they hustle.

I highly recommend it to everyone.

Overpriced. Ten dollars for a skimpy sandwich???? Are you KIDDING??? Why not go and get REAL food at a FAIR PRICE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET??
There are SEVERAL places right there that have moderate prices for actually good, not frozen or processed, REAL food.
The younger employees, save a few girls, are all SLOW, RUDE, and ILL MANNERED, and the older employees are half the time unpleasant, sometimes down right RUDE and MEAN, and other times, annoyingly upbeat and cheerful. The older employees regularly take the younger ones into the back and SCREAM at them, I was in for tea and coffee and cakes (stale and tiny, and again, overpriced) one afternoon with friends, and I heard them going at it. (I'm pretty sure, also, that you aren't allowed to do this to fellow employees, seniority aside.)
The older male employee (some kind of accent???) is constantly SKULKING around, and is very unpleasant to women customers, and ESPECIALLY so to women staff.
They don't have any kind of radio, CD player, nothing at all. Even the Asian food place across the street has a nice radio playing across the street. If I am going to pay THROUGH THE NOSE for my food, I expect at least a little bit of AMBIANCE or something! The seats were AWFUL!! I feel sorry for anyone who has troubles getting up, or sitting. The tables are high compared to the chairs, making eating uncomfortable, and the background noise with no mood setter, ambiance, etc,etc,etc... Really was incredibly unpleasant. They could have at least put something on to BLOCK OUT THE SOUND of them going at each other, and at the YOUNGER, presumably LOWER RANKED FEMALE customers and especially employees.
I DO NOT LIKE BEING GIVEN A HARD TIME! The older (accent??? Glasses!)) employee was very unpleasant, "teasing" and ultimately giving a rather difficult, unpleasant time to any woman he seemed to come across, making all feel generally unwelcome.
DO NOT go here, you are not only supporting customer and employee mistreatment, you are wasting your money on something COMPLETELY not worth it when there are SO MANY places very close by that you can get quality drinks and food, and not have to break the bank.

The only food that tsated half desent was the junk food, and every single thing was overpriced to hell!
The staff (all female) is okay, but everyone seems very forgetful, handwashing is at a minimum, and the ontre's are rediculously small/skimpy, ESPECIALY for the prices.
I advise you go just across the street to that restaurant, or down the street a bit, to the jelato place!
The seating was also awful, the chairs are far too low for the many older folk who eat there, and the tables are too high, not a plesant eating expereince!!
