I've been coming here since it first opened in 1984 when it was the town's original Time Hortons, and now it serves amazing Vietnamese food alongside fresh, made-from-scratch donuts that taste way better than the usual frozen stuff. Their veggie pho and lemongrass chicken are my go-tos, especially on cold days, and the coffee rivals any big chain, making it super easy to grab a tasty breakfast right after getting off the bus.

08/07/2013 - North Shore Donut King- Awful!
Used to go for Pho all the time to the Tranquille Rd North Shore Donut King. The last time I complained because the Pho's meat was uncooked. I though it was a one time mistake and went back today with my child who loves Pho. To my horror, the teenager who took my order last time was very rude and loud telling me that he was not going to take my order because last time I return it. I was left speechless. I've never had that kind of rude treatment experience and had been going to both North Shore and Sahali location. Next time I want Pho I will go to the Sahali location. I hope that for the sake of their business they send that kid to intensive training or just get him out of the front.
