Had an extremely bad experience with server Kayla who claimed to be the manager (although she’s not). She was very rude and when we asked to turn the heaters on the patio up she told us “we should have brought a jacket”. My 8 year old son was so cold and unfortunately we forgot his jacket at home. One of the rudest servers we’ve ever had anywhere. Many of the servers are outstanding so it’s sad they have people like this working there.

Honestly my all time favourite restaurant. Amazing food and great prices. I didn’t try it for the first 1.5 years in Chilliwack and now I don’t want to go to any other restaurants ever.

Disappointing. Service was slow, food was only warm and mediocre. Server never asked how the food was. Had to ask for a water refill. Ordered schnitzel Parmesan; the tomato sauce was actually spaghetti meat sauce which took away from the flavour of the schnitzel.

We chose Jimmy J’s for dinner tonight for a dinner with our kids to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more disappointing. The service was slow and the food was mediocre. We waited about 25 minutes before asking our server if our starter (nachos) was coming soon. She went to check and told us it would be a couple on minutes and refilled our drinks. We never did see our server again after that. We finally got our starter and 3 of our 4 meals showed up just after the starter was delivered. No one stopped to ask how everything was, no one stopped to take away empty plates. It was just a really crappy experience overall. The restaurant wasn’t very clean and heads up, if you order the souvlaki the seasoned potatoes are potato wedges not the kind of potatoes you’d expect with a Greek dish. Do yourself a favour and skip this place.

Been having lunch here almost every week for a couple of years. Always good, the soup is fantastic salad is fresh and servings generous. Very busy at lunch, make a reservation.

I love jimmy j’s, one of my favourite places to eat, great pricing. Although the past 2 time’s i’ve been i have been served by tori j and have been disappointed. She doesn’t seem to care for her job and rushes to try and get you out as fast as possible, she didn’t check on us once after taking our order and got other servers to check on us instead.

Not a good meal. First they give me salmon, when I order chicken, first piece of chicken was ok the second piece I needed a saw.Then when the bill come they tried to charge me for the salmon not the chicken . Waitress was ok. Thought I would take me husband out for his 71 brithday, guess I picked the wrong spot.
