My husband and I enjoyed a memorable dining experience at Sidecut within the Four Seasons at Whistler Blackcomb. The meal was a delightful blend of quality ingredients and straightforward preparation that resonated with my preference for simplicity, highlighted by a perfectly cooked steak and tender lobster complemented by flavorful sides. The attentive service and cozy ambiance further elevated our evening, leaving us fully satisfied and eager to return for another exceptional dining experience.
