Sharon and Chef Chris provided exceptional catering services for my wedding on Gabriola Island, impressing both me and my guests with the delicious food and their flexibility during the planning process. The salmon, asparagus, and pasta dishes were all expertly prepared and received rave reviews from everyone in attendance. So much seafood on the menu and me not being a seafood lover I found it hard to find something that appealed to me. I don't care for the rub used on the steaks (coffee flavour is too strong) I also don't care for the seasoning on the chicken. I really am a picky eater but I would love to see a chicken parmigiana or something similar on the menu.
