The 7-layer cake with its moist chocolate frosting was absolutely delicious, and Marie's helpfulness made the experience even better. Although I don't live in Riverdale, I've made it a habit to stop by Gruenebaum's on Thursday afternoons for their amazing Challahs, unique treats, and the warm, friendly greetings from the longtime staff.
