This taco truck in NYC is my absolute favorite. Whenever I'm out for drinks and need a late-night bite uptown, it's my go-to. I'll even make the trek from Brooklyn to the Bronx just for their amazing steak tacos. The only downside is their unpredictable hours, so calling ahead is a good idea. Even though they're not open every day, the delicious tacos make it worth the journey.
