This afternoon i ordered from one of your locations #2660 on 3rd ave in the Bronx NY, the 3 piece chicken strip. I asked for honey mustard as well. I get home which is about 20 minutes away and in my box is 2 legs and a chicken breast with a honey mustard sauce. I dont have a phone to call them so i start to eat a chicken leg. Im breaking the pieces off dipping them in the sauce and struggling to chew it. I have had old chicken before and its dry and chewy like this. ok so i try eating the breast. I break a piece off, no flavor, chewy , dry and under the crispy batter, there is tiny feathers. As i type this, i can still feel the fur/ feathers on the back of my tongue.
Im annoyed right now, especially not having a phone to reach these people along with not having a satisfying meal. I had the chicken strips before from this same spot and it was great so i was craving the same experience.
I've left a message on the website, on Twitter, emailed you guys and no one is replying to me. If I'm going to be ignored after this then I'm reporting my story everywhere.
I'm big on customer service. Just because I live in the Bronx doesn't mean I have to eat garbage. I know how to cook and when food is safe to eat. Who leaves chicken feathers on the skin and covers it up with batter. I didn't see any women working in there but a bunch of men. Its not OK to serve customers food without caring about preparation.
