These sausages from Maroon Sausage Co. are a true flavor explosion! At first, I was skeptical about the idea of "jerk sausage," but let me tell you, it's a game-changer. Whether you like it spicy with a kick of scotch bonnet or prefer the sweet roasted pineapple variety, these sausages are a must-try. I first discovered them at Smorgasburg in Brooklyn, and now I have them shipped all the way to Greensboro, NC - that's how good they are!
