I ordered the char siu and asked for a full slab from the window display, which was promptly chopped for me. While I was initially skeptical about the lean appearance of the meat, it turned out to be tender and packed with delicious BBQ flavor. My family usually gets roast meats from a different area, but I'm excited to bring them here to experience the fantastic roast pork and duck, especially when it's fresh out of the kitchen.
