I ordered grilled chicken cutlet on a plate to take out. About half of the chicken was so fatty that I threw it away. Obviously, the raw cutlets are not trimmed of fat before grilling. Really awful. I called the boss and all he said was he will tell the cook. My family owned restaurants and we believe you must satisfy the customers. They did nothing even offer to give us something else.
