The Uzbek plov and samsa here are incredibly flavorful, with tender carrots that melt in your mouth and the richest, thickest yogurt served alongside pickled vegetables, creating an authentic and comforting dining experience. Despite the language barrier and a mostly male clientele, the warm hospitality and reasonably priced dishes made me feel welcomed, and every bite-from manti to kebabs-was a delicious journey into Central Asian cuisine that I can't wait to revisit.

The plov and samsa here are exceptional, and the service is warm and welcoming. I had an authentic experience trying various dishes, all at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a taste of Uzbek cuisine, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
