I'd give Interboro a solid four and a half stars. I've been eyeing this place for a while now. It was a bit tricky coordinating my visit since they're closed on certain days, but I finally made it when they were open. The beer selection was impressive with about a dozen drafts, all locally crafted, including some guest options. The atmosphere was lively, especially for a Thursday night, but the bartender handled it well.
