The papusas, especially papusas locas, are wonderful, though other options are often unavailable.

I enjoy visiting this cozy eatery for their delicious papusas, especially the flavorful papusas locas. While their menu may be limited, the friendly staff and lively ambiance make it a pleasant dining experience. However, availability of other ingredients like plantains, yuca, and beans can be inconsistent.
