It's been a while since I enjoyed the Italian pastries at Europa, but back in the day, they were unrivaled in the city. The freshness and quality of their treats were something special, and the locals could easily spot their goods; I really need to revisit soon, especially with all the delicious pastries, gelato, and seasonal specialties they offer.

Last Friday we ordered a medium pizza from a school to be delivered and the prize was $ 30. The delivery was done by a different company. The taste of the pizza good, but the pizza was completely burned on the back. We called back and the Manager took some time to speak with us because she was too busy. When she answered the phone, she was not friendly at all and did not even know who delivered the pizza. If you order food and its burned it should at least be replaced for the same dish or something else. The Manager??? just simply said that the next time, she will give a discount on the next order. Unfortunately, it won't be a next time. There are so many great restaurants with great costumer services who are willing to apologize and take a correct of action approach if something is wrong from their end or if a client is not satisfied. Obviously Europa Restaurant does not need our services and we do not need their unprofessional careless of handling customer care. We do not recommend this restaurant. I actually have pictures of the burned pizza which I wont be able to include at this moment. Thank you for reading this review.
