The flavors transported me straight to a warm, comforting kitchen where every dish felt lovingly prepared, from the rich caldo de bola to the perfectly grilled salmon with tostones. Despite its humble size and low-key vibe, the food bursts with authentic Ecuadorian soul, making each bite a memorable experience I can't wait to share with loved ones.

The caldo de salchicha here is a must-try, it feels like a home-cooked meal with its delicious flavor. The guatita was a pleasant surprise and the bistec ensabollado was a hit at our table. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a great place to enjoy authentic Ecuadorian cuisine with family and friends.
