The food truck I'm obsessed with is Rosie's - seriously, it's my go-to every single week and I always leave feeling beyond satisfied. The flavors are just on another level, especially with their steak quesadilla that's so juicy and tender, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. And let's not forget the ribs that are just out-of-this-world good - they literally melt in your mouth and leave you dreaming about them for days.
