Every Saturday after work, I savor the impeccable flavors of the Trini B'fast Shed, where the perfectly balanced spices and juicy, well-seasoned meats keep me coming back for more. The warm, attentive service-especially from a sweet cook named Pinky-complements dishes like the curry chicken roti and Chinese-style chicken with fried rice, making each visit a flavorful and welcoming experience.
