Bought a combo pack of smoked salmon and escolar. The salmon was inedible due to the high concentrations of salt. Way way way too salty. Not sure why they even bothered smoking it, the salt would have preserved that fish for 1000 years. The escolar was edible, but not great. I would never buy from them again. They have nothing on Nova Scotia smoked salmon. This fish was disgusting. Also had a very strong fish odor, not even a smoke smell. I literally was worried after taking the first bite of the salmon. Spit it out. Nasty.
