I was hesitant at first, but boy, am I glad I gave it a shot! The lobster sliders from the food truck were absolutely divine, with warm buns, a delicious coleslaw, and generous portions of lobster salad. The friendly staff made the experience even better, and I can't wait for the truck to roll around near me again.
