Dining at Awash Brooklyn was a flavorful adventure where tender meats and vibrant vegetarian dishes danced on my palate, all served with kind, attentive service that kept the injera flowing like a pro. The cozy yet lively atmosphere, combined with an impressive drink selection-including a surprisingly refreshing Ethiopian pale ale and intriguing honey wine-made this a memorable feast I'm eager to repeat.
