I used to underestimate Haitian food, but I've changed my mind after trying Bouillon on a regular basis. I finally gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food. The Griot with rice and beans was delicious, though the portion sizes could be more balanced. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes from Kreyol Flavor Flatbush in the future.
