Driving through Harlingen on my way back to Houston, I decided to try a local Mexican breakfast spot based on some great reviews, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The chicken mole I ordered was flavorful, and my husband's menudo reminded him of his mom's cooking, which made the meal feel comforting and authentic. The service was friendly and efficient, perfect for a quick lunch break, and the warm, family-like atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.
