The tonkotsu broth is my favorite, the special fries with ginger were surprisingly delicious, the pan-fried gyoza and spring rolls had great flavor and texture, I enjoyed customizing my ramen with extras like egg and bean sprouts, the spicy miso ramen offered a perfectly balanced heat, the matcha latte was divine, the friendly and accommodating staff create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where I love sitting at the counter to watch them work, and despite a few past hiccups with service, the consistently tasty food and cozy vibe keep me coming back whenever I'm in Buffalo.
