My Gen Tso's chicken was tough and actually pretty tasteless. The sauce was more sweet than spicy. It had no spice at all. And there was very little chicken in it. Totally disappointing meal and waste of money.
My husband had chicken in garlic sauce which is also supposed to be spicey but was not at all.
I love spring rolls but ours were overcooked and tough as well a greasy.
All in all, a not so great experience. The food used to be good but it is not worth the price now. We probably never order from them again.

This day the young lady who waited on me must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. Had a simple lunch Wonton Soup and House Fried Rice. The broth from the soup had little flavor. The wonton’s were large and had a generous portion of meat in them. Ver tasty. The House Fried Rice was a huge disappointment. Rather mushy with very limited pieces of shrimp, chicken, or beef. Texture just didn’t cut it. While eating discovered a small wirey piece of metal in the rice mixture. Needless to say, first and last time at the Wild Ginger.

I have been going there since they opened. It was excellent food every time until about 8 months ago.
I’ve eaten there 3 times and each time worse than the last! I ordered chicken lo mein and it tasted off and very fishy. Same thing last two times and also the same off taste with the chicken/veggie pad Thai.

Run for the hills on this one. Been a res here for 27 years and have seen many restaurants come n go here in town. Pre Covid ...we patronized our local ( non-chain) joints 2-3 times a week! We have great resturants here in East Aurora....but this dump is not one of them. Service sucks and rudeness to paying customers here is the rule! They had a personel change on their front desk a few years back and has been going downhill ever since. Whatever you do....dont eat the food ! Stay safe folks! Try Pho Cali down the street in Elma for some authentic Asian/vietnam cuisine who actually appreciate their customers!

We have been going here since day one! In the beginning the front of the house was run by an Asian girl named Joy! She was incredibly welcoming and made sure our food was made to perfection and assured great service. Joy would sometimes even share with us something new we hadnt tried including special tea's. We loved going there for the food service and to see Joy. She has since left unfortunately for us! Now.....Joy was replaced by this nasty young woman at counter gives you "stink - eye" soon as you walk in....rude and cant communicate. ..shorted us on our order....sushi is frozen and then nuked.....filthy kitchen and cooks! Please use caution here folks....

I drive from springville just for their food. Phenomenal service, great food.

The avocado they use in the sushi is disgusting, it was browning and dry like it had been sitting out all day and on top of that the avocado they used wasn't even ripe in the first place.

mmm... some of my favorite food anywhere.
