Don’t waste your time!!!! Seated right away, drinks take right away and our appetizer... waited then 20 minutes to get our waters and 1 soda. People across from us sat down 10 minutes after us received their drinks before us and their food before us 45 mins later our pretzel wasn’t out which takes a few mins less time than wings take. This place is a joke. Asked for a manager and apparently their wasn’t any! How convenient!!! This place needs to be managed better, better servers and better cooks. They focused on chicken wing orders before any other order. They won’t make it with the way they are going. They also don’t answer phones maybe they should think about hiring more people and having a better plan to run a good business Terrible terrible service highly don’t recommend!!!!! GO TO SOLIDAYS FOR UNLIMITED FLAVORFUL CRAB ON SATURDAY PAY $30

Had a wonderful time here despite the restriction due to COVID. The staff was fabulous. We came in the place with party of 12 and messed everything up. They did manage to get us 2 tables of 6 and we worked things out. All of the food came out looking and tasting delicious. They were not stingy with the all you can eat Snow Crab Legs. Let's just say that I can eat a lot of crab legs. I personally will be going back form more very soon. I certainly will be going back sometime soon.

9.99 for soup? I was about to order it because it sounded good, luckily I was informed that it was just campbells soup prior to ordering it.. really ??? Ended up having the crabby patty sandwich which was definitely not homemade, most likley frozen. The roll was too big for the size of the patty so it was like eating nothing. Why do all dinners come with the same frozen vegetables and 5 small potatoes.. need more variety

Awful. Goofball waiter. Unsanitary. No Mask on waiter. Dirty hands. Only two people on staff. Thirty minutes to take order. After an hour we gave up.

The service was terrible! We waited over an hour for our food when there were only 2 tables in the restaurant. We barely saw the waitress so there was no way to have her correct the issues with our order until well after everyone was done eating. She did generously take the cost of the food that never made it to the table off of our bill. The fries were old and most of the food was cold by the time we got it. My wife said the restroom was absolutely disgusting. This used to be a good restaurant, no wonder they were dead. We will not be making the mistake of returning there again. If there were a way to give negative stars, I would give it a minus 5. Do not waste your time and money on this disappointment of a restaurant
