They have yet to grow a grape, and trust me, you wouldn't want it if they did.
Italian sausage gritty has pieces of bone and gristle in it. Yuck! Sauce not authentic either

In response to RJP from the 8/26/22 one star review. Thank you so much for visiting Pellicano Vineyard on 8/24/22. We can't thank everyone enough for celebrating the phenomenon called Wednesday Pasta Night with us. On the night that you visited, we did 154 dinners in two hours, each dinner prepared fresh in a sautí© pan and plated on an eco friendly bamboo plate. Sounds like you know the hospitality business, so you know that number of dinners put out in that short of time at a winery, not a restaurant, with no back of the house kitchen is pretty incredible"¦.and yes, I will as multitasking, delivering food to tables, cooking, and engaging with guests. We love it, it's alot of work, but 99% of our fantastic guests look at Wednesdays as an experience and time to relax with drinks and apps that come quickly, even if they have to wait for food. Congratulations RJP, you're finally a part of the 1%. Hope you try us again. Thank you.

OMG ~ our first visit to this establishment was Wednesday pasta nite this week and although the place is very nice ~ why was there an excessive wait time of just under 60 minutes to get two paper plates of penne pasta with red sauce?
What was truly puzzling ~~ two chefs working the stove for the food prep and it seemed the floor staff was sufficient to make the table delivery ~ yet the one chef would often depart from the stove to deliver to a table??? There were lots of folks just waiting for their food and they did not appear to be happy campers.
At about 45 minutes of our wait ~ I went to inquire when we would get our food and was basically informed it would be "soon". Then about 10 minutes later we were given a napkin and fork ~ so that seemed to indicate food was coming and about the same time a floor staff person came to our table to inquire if we were still waiting for our food??? That seemed obvious since clearly no food was or had arrived???? Whew.
