I just discovered this amazing place where the vibe is incredible and the food is fantastic. If you're looking for a great time, you definitely need to check it out!

This restaurant is definitely on the downswing. I was a loyal customer from the time it opened. The staff was excellent and food delicious. However, my last two visits were very disappointing. Last week, when I went inside to order, I had to use the restroom. About 6 employees were blocking the hallway. They were loud and vulgar. They didn't move so I could get through. I had to politely ask several times. When I went to order, I had to wait as they continued to visit with each other and not take care of the customers. Yesterday, I ordered online at the end of several errands I ran. My intent was to call restaurant when I picked up and ask them to bring my order out as I have done several times in the past. I am low mobility and just couldn't do anymore. When I arrived, I called the phone but got a recording that said "the customer is busy and not accepting calls." I called 6 times over several minutes and got same recording. Finally, I went into store. I told employee at register about phone. He didn't believe me. I pulled out my phone and showed him. He just looked at the phone. I took my food and left. The food is still delicious but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Need to get some managers back in to supervise. Rachel's is opening new stores at the expense of the ones they already have open.
