person behind the counter was rude and arrogant i asked for an extra blue cheese after i paid and the response was "What do you think its free" in a hostile tone.

This restaurant should be shut down! While I was eating I noticed a hair in my dinner. The waitress was very kind and took it back. At this point my appetite was gone so I declined there offer. When we got the bill my dinner was still on there. So we asked to speak with the owner. I couldn't not believe how we were treated. He said that it was impossible for the hair to have been done by them? What? Really? I mean your the ones who made the food not me I am the customer. Almost as if he was applying that I put it there. I didn't even know how to respond to something like this. I would NEVER go back there EVER. I couldn't believe how rude the owner was. I was shocked he still has a business if he treats his customers like that.

What horrific customer service I received from the "owner" himself. I am applaud by the way he spoke to me in regards to his customer service skills. I called to speak with the owner himself and discuss the he treated my 87 year old grandmother and mother during their visit. The employee said the owner was unavailable to speak at the time so I asked if I could leave my name and number for him to call me back. The gentleman responded, "your name is dumb and bitch correct?" I am shocked by the words in which I believe it was the owner himself. What happened to this place. I would never recommend or continue my visits to this restaurant. Incredibly disappointing and I am embarrassed for him!

The most amazing antipasta ever! Sauce is just wonderful, as well as the bread sticks. Staff could be a little more friendly, but, overall, dinner was terrific!
